BEHIND THE REPORT

Owner-operators.

Small inspection teams.

The office that keeps it moving.

LESS RECONSTRUCTING. MORE REPORTING.

The inspection is one job.
The handoff shouldn’t be another.

Notes in a truck. Photos on a phone. A diagram in a separate file. We’re building a more connected path from what you saw to what you report.

01AT THE PROPERTY

Capture it once.

The note, the photo, the location. We’re designing field capture to keep the details together while you’re still at the property.

Field notes + supporting evidence
02BACK AT THE OFFICE

Keep the context.

A photo shouldn’t become a guessing game. Our planned workflow connects observations to the diagram, so the office can follow the inspection.

Property diagram + observations
03BEFORE IT GOES OUT

Put review first.

Bring unanswered items and inspection limitations into view. The inspector reviews the findings and decides what belongs in the report.

Completeness + inspector review

Our priorities for the first release. Reporting features are still in development.

YOUR NAME IS ON THE REPORT

Your judgment.
Always at the center.

You’re responsible for the inspection. The software should help organize the work around it.

Our focus is a dedicated WDIIR workflow that fits alongside your existing business tools. Scheduling, billing, and customer management can stay where they are.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few practical answers.

Can I use it for reports today?

Not yet. TermiteReport.io is in development. The examples on this page illustrate our direction; public accounts, inspection data storage, and report delivery are not available.

Who are you building the first version for?

Licensed Arizona pest control businesses, with a focus on owner-operators and small teams of roughly one to five inspectors preparing WDIIRs.

Will I need to replace my pest control software?

Replacing your CRM, scheduling, or billing tools is outside the scope of the first release. We’re focused on inspection reporting. Specific integrations have not been announced.

Is TermiteReport an inspection service?

No. We’re developing reporting software. We don’t inspect properties, provide treatment, or issue reports on behalf of a licensed business. We are not affiliated with or approved by the Arizona Department of Agriculture.
