Terms of service

Effective September 17, 2026

These terms govern use of TermiteReport, operated by Starmorph. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you use it for a business, you must be authorized to act for that business. Users must be at least 18.

Early-access service

TermiteReport is an early-access tool for recording inspection information, saving business records and creating working PDFs. Features may change. It does not perform inspections, verify findings, certify an inspector’s license, provide legal advice or guarantee regulatory, lender or recipient acceptance.

PDFs currently generated by the hosted application are unsigned working reports. They are not issued WDIIRs and are not for transaction use. Official inspector signing, issuance and automated state submission are not enabled. A saved filing note is your own record, not proof of state acceptance.

Your professional responsibilities

Your licensed business is responsible for inspector qualifications, authorization, inspections, findings, completeness, accuracy, client permissions, applicable forms, signatures, delivery, filing and record retention. Review all generated output. Do not describe the application as approved or endorsed by Arizona’s Pest Management Division. Keep an appropriate independent copy of records required for your business.

Accounts and business access

Keep account credentials secure. Business administrators manage membership and access to shared records. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Do not access another business’s information, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content or misrepresent inspection findings or identity.

Your content

You retain your rights to content you submit. You authorize us and our service providers to store, process and reproduce it as needed to operate the service, generate your documents and fulfill support or legal obligations. You must have permission to upload property information, photographs and other personal information. We retain ownership of the application; government forms and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Prices and included inspector seats are shown before purchase. Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. The first payment is due at checkout unless a specific offer states otherwise. You can cancel or change plans in Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period. Plan changes may produce a prorated charge shown by Stripe.

Failed or ended subscriptions may restrict editing while existing records remain available to read and export, subject to account access and retention rules. If your membership exceeds your plan’s inspector allowance, editing may be restricted until you adjust the plan or membership. Creating an account does not include a public free trial.

Contact dylan@starmorph.com for support or a refund request. Refunds are reviewed personally. Canceling a plan does not automatically refund a previous payment; this does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.

Availability and closure

The current workspace requires online access. A successful save confirmation is required for changes to be stored. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or unexpected failures, and early-access features may contain errors. We may restrict use that compromises security, violates these terms or is required to be restricted by law. Contact us for business account closure and export requests. Closure does not automatically erase retained audit, billing or business records.

Disclaimers and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the early-access service is provided as available, without a promise that it will meet every professional or regulatory requirement or operate without interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may revise these terms, update the effective date, and provide an appropriate service notice for material changes.
